DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Tactically strategize and drive the regional outlets to achieve sales and services targets and other business goals. Develop, motivate and inspire staff towards maximum performance in surpassing targets via performance driven initiatives and rewards. Analyze outlet staffs Competency Gap and plan their training and development to meet acceptable standards, efficiency and productivity levels. Direct the outlet team in ensuring compliance to all policies and procedures. Review the guidelines and provide recommendations to Head Office when necessary. Resolve escalated key customers’ problems or direct the team to ensure fast resolutions to meet the customers’ expectations and regulatory standards. Liaise and work closely with Head Office on Outlet operational issues/performances. Provide leadership to the Retail Managers to resolve all outlet related issues with smooth operations. Review and analyze the sales and services performance as well as drive the regional team with tactical plans to meet and achieve the sales and services performance targets, and business goals to sustain profitability. Conduct periodic visits to outlets to ensure the set standards are achieved as well as continuously keep abreast to industry best practices. Build, enhance and maintain effective relationships with internal (other divisions within Celcom) and external parties (i.e. local authorities, government bodies, regulators or organizations) in order to ensure good support or approval to execute all related operational matters. Continuously review, feedback and propose enhancement to internal policies, systems, processes and procedures, and relevant marketing initiatives so as to ensure it enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of outlets. Implement and support any identified initiatives within the group, division and department in order to achieve the set objectives. Accountable to control cost structures including manpower cost to ensure effective and efficient operations at outlets.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English Positive, forward and strong critical thinking. Passionate about Retail and Customer Service. Strong organization skills and controlling change. Self-Motivated and ability to motivate others. Excellent Leadership Skills. Strong Business Sense with uncompromising Integrity. Strong Interpersonal skills. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. 10 Full-Time position(s) available.
