DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinating sales team by managing schedules. Filing important documentations and transmitting relevant information. Ensuring adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials. Responding to customers enquiries/complaints and providing after-sales support when required. -|- Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in E-Commerce sales related field is required for this position. Fluent in English and possess strong communication skills, able to liaise well among clients and colleagues. Experience in retail line, preferably in telecommunications sales. Must be well-organised and possess a high level of administration ability to efficiently manage paperwork. Must possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to E-Commerce. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
