DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Achieve personal and department’s sales target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Comply with inventory control procedures Maintain stock-count and keep assigned areas clean Actively seek out customers in store
REQUIREMENT

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Able to speak and understand simple English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner Relevant experience of selling consumer electrical products and/or Air con will be an added advantage Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays No experience may also apply.
