DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Assist customers with queries on pre-sales, downloading products, physical delivery and returns via phone or email; • Identify research and resolve customer issues with the aim of first contact resolution; • Complete call logs and reports when required; • Liaise effectively with other internal departments and external business in a professional manner as required; • Recognize, document and escalate customer issues or trends following appropriate communication and escalation channels when required; and • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact customer's experience.
REQUIREMENT

• Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + BPO experience) • More than 1-year of work experience in customer service (preferred but not required) • Excellent Japanese (Nihonggo) and English written and verbal communication skills • Good knowledge of computers • The ability to deal with frequent changes, challenging customers, and extreme focus on service and sales
