DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Knowledge of filing procedures, Quotations, LPO, Delivery Orders, Invoicing procedures and Tenders preparations.
Follow up with concerned departments / personals to finalize the assigned tasks.
Preparations of required / assigned reports on time.
Respond to email messages properly
Able to establish good working relationship with customers.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Supporting Sales & Logistics Team in addition to purchasing division.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
Must be able to work after working ours to finish the assigned tasks and on weekends as well if required
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience preferably from Health Care Industry.
Good command in the English language
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a pleasing personality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Bachelor Degree is essential.
Bilingual is a plus
