For our manufacturing plant in Shah Alam, we are looking for a Sales Representative, to develop further the business in Indonesia. You will work in close cooperation and report to the Sales Manager based in Malaysia. Your responsibilities: Responsible for sales and business development in Indonesia Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow sales in existing customers Provide effective, accurate and timely communication of market, competitor and customer needs. Regular coordination and cooperation with internal departments (Production & Internal Sales) Establish new market studies and provide market intelligence to management Provide weekly / monthly sales activities to management Other requirement: Proven track record in sales and business development in Indonesia Sales track record in industrial segments: Building Materials, Chemical, Food Strong communication and sales skills Good negotiation skills and able to handle people of different organization levels Willingness to travel up to 70% Languages: Good command of English (spoken and written) Good command of Bahasa Indonesia & Malaysia Education: A Degree/Diploma in technical field, commerce or business management Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales and business development;preferably in the industrial packaging or Cement/Building materials industry Other: Independent with ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneously priorities Strong analytical thinker, structured in her/his approaches Feels comfortable in a demanding, international surrounding Fast learner and willing to relocate locally and internationally Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel, PPT)
