DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
The ASM has the following responsibilities to fulfill, as they relate to 3 different groups of people:
(a) Distributor
A successful ASM proves his relevance to a Distributor’s Management team. The ASM has strong business acumen and understanding of the Distributor’s business procedure and goals. Responsibilities include understanding what the Distributor’s business goals are and link 3M’s goals to theirs; collaborating with partner management to solve business problems - Integrated sales improvement plans, and involvement in medium range collaborative planning on field sales activity.
(b) Customer
The ASM is responsible for ensuring an excellent 3M Customer Experience in his/her region. Responsibilities include leading a team that will perform with high quality and consistency; promoting 3M products and solutions by communicating the benefits and values of the products through product demonstrations, display, etc.
(c) Retailer
The ASM will be responsible to develop retailers (Modern & GT Channel) in their region. As such, it is the ASM’s responsibility to train and utilize his/her field sales team to maintain distribution and develop new opportunity in Sulawesi. Responsibilities include enabling the field sales team to ensure all merchandising elements and maintain outlet transaction.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university.
Minimum 5 years of combined General Trade and Modern Trade sales experience in the FMCG industry.
Good understanding of Modern & General Trade, Key Account Management, Area and Territory Management and Distributor Management.
Good relationship with customers and distributors.
Outstanding strategic and analytic thinking with ability of data and business analytics.
Strong negotiation skill, presentation and communication skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Fluent in written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proficient computer skills especially MS office.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
