DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To meet/exceed Southern Region annual sales budget for the company’s laboratory testing service and consultancy services. To establish competitive strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and profit margin. To guide, educate and train sales and customer service team in growing existing accounts, developing new accounts and exploring emerging services. To perform sales activities on major accounts, involve in costing calculation and price negotiation in consultation with the direct superior. To manage overall sales operations in the Southern Region by monitoring and recommending continuous improvement in sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, debt management, etc.
REQUIREMENT
