Set sales target and Develop sales strategies to achieve it
Work closely with distributor’s sales team in monitoring performance to achieve sales target
Identify clearly current value chain and set a firmed-unified price structure
Identify clearly the current territory of distributor’s and then set clear border line among the corresponding distributor’s areas.
Identify new potential outlets / customers / channels, esp in the channels which distributor is not present at the moment, to expand the base.
Manage inventory level well by setting good sales forecast by SKU / segment / type with monthly review
Handle customers’ objections / complaints / issues and provide relevant solutions.
Monitor competitors’ activities to keep updated
Work as a team with the Marketing department to create any marketing promotion or activities.
Ensure the agreed promotions are taken into action (by the distributor) and follow up on the promotion until it is finished, and take care of the reimbursement claim process.
Work as a team with the Technical and Training department to develop new potential products and/or any other related products’ issues.
Make a weekly report and monthly report for all the job description
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field or Automotive industry is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
Can communicate in English.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Willing to be located in Makassar.
