DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
You shall assist the Manager, Research & Postgraduate studies on matters related to administration work of CERVIE and Office of Postgraduate Studies
You shall assist in compilation of data for MyRA submission.
You shall assist Manager, Research & Postgraduate studies to manage the Monthly Research Clinic of CERVIE for UCSI Community.
You shall assist in formulating policies and procedures pertaining to academic and research.
You shall involve directly in CERVIE & Office of Postgraduate Studies routine operational work.
You shall perform any other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your supervisor from time to time.
Academic Office
You shall assist the Manager, Academic & Research, on matters related to administration work of the Academic & Research Office
You shall assist in compilation of data for SETARA submission.
You shall assist on assurance of compliance on academic matters.
You shall assist on updating programme monitoring system
You shall provide administrative support for the APEL Management Unit (AMU).
You shall assist in the e-IPTS data entry for programme application related activities.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Degree holder. Minimum 2-3 years working experience. Excellent communication skills. Good command of data compiliation, analysis and reporting skills by using Excel, Dashboard or other databases Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team. Able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.
