Planning & implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends Maintaining and increasing sales of company's product Reaching the targets and goals Establishing and expanding customer base Servicing the needs of existing customers Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets Collecting customer feedback and market research Keeping up to date with products and competitors
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent. Required language(s): Indonesian, English, Mandarin At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Dry Ice Sales or Wood Manufacture / Retail/General or equivalent. Good Comunication & Interpersonal Skills Preference MS. Office, Presentation Skills, Excellent Negotiation skills Strong decision, Making abilities Have a Driving License (SIM A) Maximum age 35 years old
