DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Promote and ensure the health, safety and welfare of all Production Operators, other employees, Contractors and visitors through the proactive implementation of both company and industry best practices.
Coordinate and ensure implementation of all activities of production functions.
Drive production activities daily, and work closely with Production Operators and Process Engineering/Engineering team members, in order to realize world-class levels of OEE especially in achieving Off Machine Yield target.
Manage and control all production related costs through monitoring process recipe, company budgeted targets and accurate production reporting statistics.
Lead an Maintenance team in a chosen area, to eliminate losses due to basic conditions
Coordinate 5S activities for assigned specific area of responsibility inclusive 5S audits.
Ensure production stock take activities are done on time and accurate
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Must have an excellent knowledge of plant and resource management organisation Applicant willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java.
