DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work 5.5 to 6 days per week (including Monday to Saturday) Duty on duty (working hours from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm) Provide customers with comprehensive and high-quality customer hotline service, answer telephone consultation Operate the computer, handle customer enquiries and enter relevant customer enquiries and sales information Provide thorough customer hotline service in a quality manner and answer telephone enquiries Input customer enquiries, sales and customers’ information by operating computers
REQUIREMENT

Secondary school or above Fluent in Cantonese, English and Filipino/Indonesian Have good English writing skills Understand basic computer operations Attentive and sincere, customer-oriented, responsible 1 year or more in customer service experience is preferred Secondary education level or above Proficient in spoken Chinese, English and Tagalog / Indonesian Good written English Computer literate Enthusiastic, sincere, customer-oriented and responsible 1 year experience in customer service field is preferred
