DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Acquiring new customers in the various product segment, consumables and machinery as assigned.
Seek new business opportunity or increase sales revenues with new products with existing customers.
Constantly be aware of customer’s needs, changes or improvement and be able to provide appropriate solution.
Make regular customers’ visits and follow up product application performance.
Giving technical guidance, support and trouble-shooting to customers and potential customers
Providing on-time weekly/monthly visit and sales status reports and updating customer information, with accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports, submitted to the National Sales Manager and to the CRM-System
Follow-up on receivables of all customers in the responsible area and inform management about customers’ risk.
Monitor customers’ consumption and their stock situation.
Providing accurate 12 month rolling sales forecasts
Follow up agreed quarterly personal activity and sales targets
Analyzing sales figure in the responsible area.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales OR Fresh Graduate from university is accepted
Good communication skills written and verbal, (English is preferable)
Being proactive and flexible
Being confident, firm, thorough and collaborative
Familiar with computer
Good technical understanding and sales talent
Self-motivated, independent and goal oriented personality
