DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Welders fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools. Use multiple welding machines to repair and maintain metal equipment and structures of various sizes. Able to perform TIG & MIG Laser Welding Maintenance /repairing troubleshooting of production facilities. Able operate CNC machine, Lathe machine, milling. Operating machine - CNC / Lathe machine. Responsible for factory facilities such as electrical, wiring, building and other related general maintenance issues To manage and monitor ensuring smooth running of ammonia plant facility. Diagnostic and troubleshooting of refrigeration system.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any related field from recognised technical institute /academy Experience in maintenance or repairing of production facilities such as Machinery, Forklift, Crane, Compressor and etc. Ability to read electrical or machinery diagram. Troubleshooting machine breakdown understands the basic theory of machine components such as bearing, solenoid valve. Japanese Speaking is added advantage. Basic knowledge on PLC, Inverter, Motor drives and electrical wiring Ability to understand the electrical, mechanical and pneumatic diagram Willing to perform rotating day and night shift At least 5 years working experience in freeze-dried/refrigeration manufacturing background equipped with ammonia system controlling. Familiarised and well-vast in theoretical and structure of ammonia refrigerating system. Possess hands on experience; repair know-how and maintenance of cold room and freeze dried facilities system.
