DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform periodical visit and maintenance with all EDC on designated area. Systematically input all visit or technical visit finding in Form Kunjungan Merchant (FKM), updating visit status with SMS Gateway and TS Mobile and signed by merchants to be reported, also fill in daily inventory according to the target. Perform basic troubleshooting for some minor issue that not needs to be repaired by workbench (i.e.: rebooting, updating the firmware, basic troubleshooting, network or connectivity issues, etc.) Perform how to use EDC training to the merchants Following up to the merchant for all Service Order from Contact Center all Client Support. Utilize all forms of claims company (Business Trip, Overtime, Fuel/Parking Expense and others policy) with honestly and responsibly Following policy and company procedures Every other assignment given by the Management according to Jobscope
REQUIREMENT

Vocational School with Computer, Electrical, or Electronic background Min. 1 years of experience in EDC company Knowledge in payment industry in general such as payment processing, bill payment and etc. Knowledge concept about EDC, H2H, switching, web base N-tier application, reconciliation and reporting tools Hands on in developing functional specification document Hands on in digging customer requirements Able and willing to mobile in designated area Have extensive mapping knowledge in designated area
