DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for achieving the set sales targets; monthly, quarterly and yearly
Actively participate in all marketing and promotional events organized by the Company and Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM).
To ensure excellent customer service by providing knowledgeable, courteous, responsible and efficient service reflecting of the Company’s image.
Achieving CSI targets for individual and branch, every half-yearly as set by MBM
To provide cooperation to team to ensure showroom conditions are in-compliance with MBM dealer standards
To ensure participation for designated preferred partner for Hire-Purchase Financiers, Insurance and Accessories business partners in accordance with Company’s direction
To ensure participation in trainings organized by Company and MBM, including passing the C-Sales Certification for MB Sales Executives
To adhere to the rules and regulations set by the branches, including punctuality, showroom duties, sales process for registration, etc.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification.
Strong communication and selling skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in sales is required.
