1. Creating a trade marketing strategy and communicating to Team.
Maintaining a positive and active Client base to increase Sales (i.e. increase share trade shelf)
Regular visits (OJT) with sales to stores and provide acquisition & development plan
2. Driving brand awareness across various categories and products.
Manage and responsible for merchandising activity (making sure that the merchandising / marketing materials are deployed effectively)
3. Managing and motivating sales team
4. Formulate and Implementing Marketing Program
5. Market Research
6. Experience in Analyzing large amount of Data and Trand
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Possess critical thinking skills, analytical/problem solving skills.
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
