DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites. Performs assessment test to determine the strengths and potentials of the candidates. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Lead employment branding initiatives
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1 years of experience in talent acquisition. Flexible, curious and down to earth personality with a true passion for HR. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence others. Passion to build network and brand.
