DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Deep understanding of PTH soldering and fundamental of soldering in term of physic, mechanic and chemistry. Drive systemic improvement to have break thought in a processing method Establish, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure reliable, productive, and quality results. Quality and recommend manufacturing process material, equipment and method for PTH process solution. Participate and lead the PTH yield improvement to improve the customer quality and reduce rework and scrap. Be a subject matter expert on plated through the holes assembly process. Train and mentor process technician and engineering operator in wave operation Lead NPI (New Product Introduction)/FAI process development, DoE and support, tooling preparation NRE Thermal profile and program development, machine recipe and parameter setup
REQUIREMENT

A minimum of engineering or related science degree is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountability may be considered Have done qualification and selection of wave/selective wave equipment Strong knowledge of wave process and component preparation Certified IPC 610 and J-STD standard Understanding and knowledge of PTH DFM guideline and wave pallets design. Intermediate computer skills (excel, powerpoint & word ) Understanding of PFMEA and DoE in determining the variables. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and six sigma tools a plus Assembly process related equipment, tools and materials. Advanced decision making, problem-solving skills
