Responsible in controlling and conducting the process of production by referring to PPC plan within recommendation of Assistant Manager.
Supervising and controling production process process based on the quality procedure to produce products that meets the target and the standard of quality to keep the continuity of
Managing the role of operator when there is a vacant position to keep the sustainablity of production process without neglecting task to supervise other machines.
Assisting the assistant manager in analyzing every problem occurs to maintain the process of production
Assisting the assistant manager in developing technical and non-technical skill of Foreman & Operator
Making Report related to machine condition, production process, and production result to the head, as well as the following shift, and following up the result of report from previous shift
Maintaining and keeping cold forming machine, working tools, and working environment in a good condition; and reporting it in form of checksheet.
REQUIREMENT
Demonstrated strong expertise in the area of production
Having strong experience in product quality & inspection
Preferably supervisor in related field with minimum 5 years’ experience with maximum age of 38
Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in Industrial Engineering is an advantage
Fluent in English is a must.
