Human Resources:
Managing staffing and recruitment
Prepare HR initiatives and strategies to enhance business performance for future development goals
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Prepare contract and coordinate with onboarding arrangements for new hires
Ensure legal compliance throughout HR practices
Able to handle eXpats for Employment Pass
A strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation in Malaysia
Able to communicate proficiently in English
Administrative;
Arrange and manage the schedule of works
Managing mileage, overtime and all claim
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
Managing all filing systems
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Communications, Counseling, Training
Preferably Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
