DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Create new profile of new members in CRM
• Update and renew renewal members profile in CRM
• Process daily embossing list and cards
• Process data and daily sales reports for accounts department
• Process and issue invoices and receipt if any
• Process and issue temporary letters if any
• Handle email correspondence and customer service matters
• Process and tabulate tele-sales consultants weekly commission
• Liaise with accounts department and update programme’s files on any purchase order, invoices payment and reports
• Process weekly expenses & banking
• Process of purchase orders if any
• Update Medical and dental expenses
• Liaise with external suppliers / contractors on purchase orders for programme’s collaterals
• Ensure smooth flow of program’s administration such as handling various correspond, transfer of membership, replacement of cards, lost packages, order of stationeries and any other adhoc admin duties
REQUIREMENT
• Minimum ‘A’ Levels / Diploma
• At least 2 year of working experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent administration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with service-oriented attitude
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, assertive and a team player
