Participate in Sales Forecast Management and Weekly Reporting
Manages & monitor Sales Forecast & Sell-Thru Revenue
Manage existing accounts relationship and grow ‘share of wallet’ in accounts
Develop new sales opportunities and build rapport in new accounts
Surface new product line offering opportunities and potential risks
Provides technical information and explanations; preparing quotations; manages sales cycle well and ensure prompt response to customers
Ownership of team targets and KPIs; contribute to the improving Customer Satisfaction
Execution of Outbound Call Sales Campaigns
Address customers’ queries, concerns and escalation
Possesses sound judgement and decision making, including obtaining assistance from team leaders and/or manager
REQUIREMENT
Minimum a Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
