Phone Representative
Process orders, forms and applications
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
Performing administrative functions
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Transfer product related complaints to the designated complaint handling center immediately
Execute project based on initiatives as per JJVC direction and guidance
Escalate issues to relevant function as per requirement in each market company
Execute the product field action as per instruction from the company
On time completion of training courses assigned;
Execute the company procedures;
Report significant quality event and product complaints according to related company policy and procedure
REQUIREMENT
Computer literate – Chinese/ English, familiar with Outlook, Excel, Word
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
Communication skills - verbal and written
Listening skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
