Audience Marketing Manager Microsoft has an enviable market position in the commercial customer segment. The commercial ISV partners provide industry-leading line of business solutions that run on the Microsoft stack, from Windows Server to Windows PC clients. The emergence of full featured mobile devices with enhanced capabilities such As, GPS, cameras, NFC, etc. have opened up numerous new scenarios to improve the productivity and efficiency of mobile workers. To enable our mutual customers to take full advantage of these new device capabilities, our commercial ISV partners need to create new applications that Interface with their core LOB applications.The objective of the new program is to evangelize the business opportunity to targeted commercial ISVs and enable their technical staff with information and training on how Microsoft devices and services can be optimized for their solution. Product Marketing Manager The Product Marketing Manager understands, orchestrates, and influences consumer campaigns and marketing activities and delivers product, solutions and consumer campaign feedback to the business. An essential aspect of the role of the Product Marketing Manager is to align the content, timing and delivery of marketing All relevant marketing teams need to work together to create the most impactful marketing strategy and execution plan possible by consumer Segment, minimizing ad-hoc and un-integrated consumer outreach. The various messages need to be very well aligned, with the end goal to think and act as "One Microsoft" - using a model like OARPi (Owner, Approver,Reviewers, Participants, Informed).
REQUIREMENT

Pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or have internships related to marketing Have graduated from their full-time degree program less than 365 days prior to their Microsoft FTE start date. Advanced oral and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilities. Excellent cross-group collaboration skills Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effective at an intermediate to advanced level. Self-motivated, directed person; Ability to build strong, lasting business relationships; ability to understand consumer and market trends.
