Manage administrative requirements for purchasing and facilities management
Create and maintain an effective filing management system for all documents, records and reports
Handle projects that may be assigned from time to time
General administrative duties (telephone service, mailings, courier services, scheduling, booking travel, expense reports, filing, etc.)
Compiling, preparation and print of presentations, documentations, and hand-outs for meetings
Coordination of and attendance of internal and external meetings (coordination of participants, agenda, documentation)
Formatting, proofing, editing documentation and power point presentations in accordance with corporate design and standards
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree
At least 1 year of Admin experience
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office equipment, gadget, applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
