DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Accept all orders (from customer to overseas office) and processes them for handover to Operations Arranging and monitoring of goods collection and delivery Act as first contact point for customer claims, support customer in documentations Takes and handles customer inquiries Collaborates closely with operations and other departments for smooth handling of shipments and continuous updates Carry out other Customer Services duties as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Maritime Studies or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
