DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Regular communication with customers to enable execution of transmitted Purchase orders. This shall be achieved through regular dialogue with PPC , production and logistics .
2. Incumbent shall be based out of factory where PPIC , production and logistics team shall be stationed .
3. Proactively respond to customers about deliveries and related documents .
4. Process orders transmitted by Sales . This shall require follow up on getting PO, issuing PI and making adequate entry into Polyplex CRM
5. For domestic , CSR shall be managing all documents related to sales and delivery.
6. Directly Following up with customer or customer owners for requirements of sales like Credit management and overdue .
7. Incumbent shall be required to strictly follow the defined sales and distribution management process and systems built for PFI .
8. Must Exhibit positive and friendly attitudes. Should be able to self-motivate in situations where customer is irate .
9. Must be able to work in cross functional team.
10. Should be open to respond to phones and emails in non-working hours.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree from any major.
Required language(s): English Fluent
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Will be located in Kawasan Industri Cikande
Have skill from Document Shipping & Dealing with customer
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
