DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle full spectrum of payroll processing, benefits and compensation, staff attendance and leave management. Prepare monthly journal entries posting and account reconciliations for instant cost allocation and salary report. Manage timely on remittance of all statutory contribution such as EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, Income Tax Scheduler Payments and/or any other related salary deductions to the relevant authorities or agencies. Prepare annual EA form and correspondence letters for the instant appointment, confirmation, promotion and upgrading, transfer, resignation, disciplinary letter, etc Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of working experience in hands-on payroll processing. Sound knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, EPF, Socso, Income tax and HRDF is a must Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel. Familiar in Timesoft payroll system is an advantage. Meticulous and detailed-oriented person. Maintains a high level of confidentiality and integrity. Ethical and integrity. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Working past office hours is needed during the end month payroll processing period.
