DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Close follow-up and monitoring of tenants’ outstanding invoice Manage tenants’ list and ensuring timely collection of payments Attend to credit enquiries, complaints and accounts reconciliation Update of collections and maintenance of proper documentation filling Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly collection/ aging reports Work closely with tenants’ and internal department to identify and resolve problematic/outstanding debts or discrepancies To coordinate with all parties included with tenants’ and landlord on all matters relating to all types of leasing Prepare the letter of offer, agreement and necessary documents to tenants’ and landlord Ensure all agreements and documents are properly documented Prepare any necessary reporting when needed by the management Assist with other relevant duties when needed
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. Preferably at least 6 months to 2 yeas relevant experience in commercial or retail property leasing and marketing. Good interpersonal and communication skills Pleasant nature, mature, positive working attitude and team player. Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Possess own transport Self-motivated and able work under pressure with tight deadlines Required language(s) English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker will be added advantage. Good working knowledge of retail market is an added advantage
