DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Contact sales leads and converting prospects into customers · Perform data entry and manage an organized database of leads · Maintain relationship with customers and understand their needs. · Communicate clients experience and feedback to product and project team · Follow-up lead and answer inquiries from Social Media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media accounts)
REQUIREMENT

- At least 1 year of working experience as Costumer Service or Telesales; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - All backgrounds are accepted - Target-oriented, capable of working in a fast-pace environment - English literacy is a plus - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Self-motivation to achieve goals
