DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work closely with brand to develop business strategies to maintain and raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff Report buying trends, market trends, customer needs and profit to brand management and principal Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standarts Complete store administration and ensure compliance according to brand's policies and procedures Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training or workshops Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers Provide couching, counselling and conduct personnel assessment regularly
REQUIREMENT

Minimum educational background is Diploma Degree in any field At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word,Excel and Power Point) Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager Powerful leadership skills and business orientation Strong custemer and staff management skills as well as organization skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to communicate in English
