Understand marketing needs and develop varied value propositions and tactics.
Direct and lead the Marketing function to enhance and expand its customer base, promote revenue growth and long-term strategic positioning.
Drive standardization in marketing activities including the development and execution of strategy related to advertising, public relations, branding, sales and CRM activities to ensure consistency with the organisation's strategic direction.
Manage a successful, integrated team through high level strategic insights and analytics to drive marketing and media planning decisions to deliver on marketing objectives for the Group.
Provide expertise and leadership in performance marketing, across all channels.
Lead the creation, coordination and measurement of programs and campaigns to drive awareness and demand for the product.
Build a positive team culture while inspiring and motivating the team to achieve its goals.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree related to Marketing or related field.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management focus.
Able to make timely informed decisions.
Proven track record of developing world class marketing teams in a growth environment.
