DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Create and implement strategic business plan. Create and present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to all client(s) especially having knowledge about design, architec or property field. Achieve growth and sales targets by building strong and long lasting customer relationships. Ensure all activities with the clients. Monitor all the advertising and operational affairs. Maintain product and service knowledge. Provide quotation to clients with accurate and rapid cost calculations. Actively seeking for new sales opportunities through networking.
REQUIREMENT

Max. 28 years old Open to all graduates ( sales, marketing and business degree are preferable) 3 years sales and marketing experiences will be highly appreciated Strong oral and written communication, analytical presentation, time management and customer service skills as well as confidence and motivation, ability to work in a wide variety of environment, willingness to travel. Through understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques. Proficient in written and spoken English .
