DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in development and implementation of leasing and marketing strategies to achieve portfolio objectives Identify and negotiate new leasing opportunities / manage expiring leases to maximize rental income Work with relevant internal teams on preparation of leasing documents and approvals Coordinate renovation works of vacant premises and delivery of leased premises to clients Establish and develop relationships with leasing agents Any other duties as required by Manager
REQUIREMENT

Degree holder in Marketing / Business / Real Estate / Property Management or related discipline 2-3 years' relevant experience or above in property development Good command of written English and Chinese; and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua Proficient in MS applications Strong communication, interpersonal skills and work under pressure
