DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible to attend the incoming phone calls, visitors and clients to the office. Liaise and arrange courier service or despatch to deliver the office documents. Arrange and monitor the consumptions of office supplies and utilities ( Water dispenser, pantry refreshment, Stationery, photostat machine and etc.) Maintain filing and proper documentation. Assist in monitoring employees' attendance, leave, overtime, claims. Responsible for EPF, SOCSO & EIS contribution submission. Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Professional Certificate in any field. Familiar with use of MS Excel and MS Word At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
