DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop launch marketing and communication plans for consumer and small businesses notebooks.
Supports product launch and provide sustaining efforts to enable internal sales tool and external web stores.
Creates materials which drive worldwide product positioning, messaging and marketing materials to achieve maximum effectiveness and minimize regional duplication of effort.
Resolve issues and roadblocks to achieve business goals.
Provides inputs to product development team to support customer needs.
Provide input to product business plan, forecasts, risk factors, overall business plan, pricing analysis and recommendations.
Work effectively and independently in a matrixed environment, building strong working relationships with regional marketing teams to be able to drive product strategies and execution.
Analyze product performance results and make recommendations for continuous improvements.
REQUIREMENT
BA/BS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; or 6+ years with Master’s degree. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong influencing skills. Strong problem solving skills. Demonstrate leadership. Be able to develop own opinion and recommendation. Proven experience in product marketing in a technology company. Ability to articulate a vision and deliver effective presentations to senior executives and customers. Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, with global teams. Strong drive for results and hands-on attitude.
