DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build Vendor relationship with existing suppliers & develop new vendors Ensuring timely delivery of all items as specified in Purchase Order Reviewing Indent pending report with team & delegating items to place order to team members Negotiate the rates with suppliers & discuss the same with HOD. Conduct Market survey for determining the prices of items purchased. Co Ordination with Stores for Order placing as per Re-order level Preparation of Monthly Purchase reports & others as specified by HOD Ensuring Purchase Process are in Line with SOP’s
REQUIREMENT

Relevant Purchase Experience 5-8 years. Qualification – commerce graduate/material management. Good communication skill in English & Bahasa. Hands on in Ms. Excel. Team Player. Go-Getter Attitude. Preferred age bracket – max up to 40 years
