DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Carry out audits and pull together reports on the performance of our farms and acquaint dealers
Work closely with the Head of sales on developing a high calibre team and delivering Co-op’s agricultural strategy and policy
Build and manage relationships with Farmers and Acquaint dealers
Make sure commitments are being adhered to across all our farms and Acquaint dealers
Document and manage any issues or incidents, raising further where necessary
To aid farmers to make better decisions by using the right power tools
Significant commercial experience within the agricultural industry
Made solid networks and contacts within the market
The ability to challenge and influence all kinds of people and build a good rapport
Worked for a similar large retail business before, this would be helpful
To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by immediate superior
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess minimum Diploma/Degree in agriculture or equivalent
Minimum two (2) years of experience in the agricultural industry.
Possess a strategic mindset with a high level of integrity, ethics and results driven.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent participatory management skills, effective team-builder with high accountability for his/her actions.
Required skills: Microsoft Words & Excel;
Required language: English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
