Able to control and visit the store in his/her area regularly such as Sales Floor Environment and Housekeeping, Store Room Management, Cash Management, Filling and Administration Management, Inventory Management, Frontlines Sales Person General Discipline Able to handle opening/closing store process Able to recruit frontlines sales person Able to develop and maintain good communication with Key Account Able to know and fully aware of trends and customers needs Able to sell product and collected payment Responsible to achievement sales target Own vehicle self
REQUIREMENT

Max. 35 years old Bachelor’s Degree, majoring Management/Marketing or any discipline if related Have working experience in the sport wear area are advantaged Fast learner, hard working and able to perform under pressure Pro active worker with high leadership and management skills Have the knowledge and capability to explore his/her area Have good stamina/stress resistance Easily build and maintain a new relationship with others Have good communication and negotiation skills Willing to get traveling in business trip
