DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Conducting market research and analysis of potential customer.
Collecting information of new upcoming projects.
Communicating with customers (PIC) of the new upcoming project.
Coordinating with related department, i.e.: Engineering, M/E, Estimation and Construction.
Collecting necessary information data for tender submission.
Building and maintaining relationship with customer.
Handling, follow up and monitoring customer and ensure that all customer complaints have been followed up by the related division leader and has been well documented.
Filling document such a quotation, invoice, contract document, handover document, research document, incoming/outgoing letter, etc
REQUIREMENT
Max 35 years old. Minimum Diploma Degree Majoring in Civil Engineering or Architect Engineering. Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales/marketing, especially the construction business. - Fluency in English Excellent in administration (filling system, documentation and correspondence) Excellent ability and understanding of project monitoring and management. Have knowledge in construction business. Have good analytical skill creative planners and punctual. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skill
