DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist with design, configuration & management of infrastructure & network services such as LAN, WiFi, DHCP, DNS, security etc. Troubleshoot hardware, software and performance problems on server systems and build new servers / environments as required Research, identify and evaluate ways to improve systems administration tasks such as server virtual machine cloning, patching, imaging, software distribution etc.; and, Follow internal procedures for change management, incident management, and escalation. Supervise IT administration staff & software development staff Creation, review and maintenance of high quality technical documentation
REQUIREMENT

Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya Gelar Sarjana di Teknik (Komputer/Telekomunikasi) atau setara. Setidaknya memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini. Lebih disukai Pegawai (non-manajemen & non-supervisor) khusus dalam IT/Komputer - Jaringan/Sistem/Sistem Database atau setara. Using and installing a variety of PC hardware Small Business Servers All Windows Desktop Platforms Active Directory and Exchange Administration ADSL Technology and Trouble shooting Wireless networking Antivirus and Anti-spam products Administration of backup products Solid understanding of network design principles, topology and TCP/IP Good communication, interpersonal skills, able to communicate fluently in English and local language. High levels of integrity and self-motivation, honest, responsible with work. Familiar working with deadlines. Desirable: Amazon service familiarity including RDS, IAM, EC2 Desirable: Configuration management with Puppet, Ansible or Chef
