DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintain and deepen the customer relationship of existing project customers;
Establish relationship with new project customers and achieve strategic cooperation;
Recommend Rifeng to major architecture consulting companies to be on their material purchase list and achieve strategic cooperation with famous consultants ;
Assist regional agents/distributors to develop and maintain relationships with project customers ;
Ability to identify and resolve potential problems in projects.
Strive to achieve the sales targets of the company and at the same time control sales expense under budget.
Support Marketing Dept. to collect competitors’ information and market information.
Support Sales Manager to manage, guide and assess the project sales team;
Support Project Manager in presentations on sales forecast, actual revenues and expenses periodically as required.
REQUIREMENT
More than three years of project sales experience in building material industry; plumbing industry is preferred.
Have ideas and personnel resources on local project sales in building material/plumbing industry;
Can adapt to irregular business trips
