7x5 on-site support included weekend – By phone, fax, email for non-critical calls; or non-site for critical calls
Act as 1st level support for user tickets for office applications and hardware
Windows (end user device: Windows 7, 8, 10) support, including installation, operation and troubleshooting
Microsoft email (outlook) desktop maintenance and support
Anti Virus desktop maintenance and support
Standard office hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting support (Desktop, Laptop, IP Phone, printers, network devices, mobile device, Video Conference, etc)
Assist in hardware and service maintenance (vendor relation for service maintenance and IMAC)
Case by case User Training for standard office desktop operation
Assist Server business application implementation
Assist in hardware maintenance, upgrade, and repair (hardware maintenance should be provided by vendor)
Liaise with group’s Service Desk for incident tickets
Assist in asset management
REQUIREMENT
One person with experience 2-5 years in relevant environment :
Sound knowledge in Windows and Windows Server environment
Sound knowledge in Windows and Windows Server application (Active Directory, Outlook, SQL)
Sound knowledge in Windows family application
Knowledge in Cisco Network (switch, router)
Basic knowledge in SAP
Sound knowledge of Ticketing system
Working on public holiday, Saturday and Sunday whenever required
Desktop Operation and Maintenance (for PC and laptops)
Server Operation & Maintenance (for Server)
