DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure proper back-up of all data in systems and system configurations In the event of change of work stations / design of new work stations, liaise with the Engineering Department to ensure the availability of data, voice connectivity and power as per the MAS-TS standards Provide First level Support and maintenance of all devices and applications/tools used, including the Unified Communication Solution and train users on optimized usage of devises & applications in order to minimize service downtime Obtain quotation, negotiate, attend to all vendor invoices & ensure timely settlement while adhering to the standards of procurement Add/edit/delete users, assign users to groups or categories, and randomly check audit logs of all Applications used, based on the governance principles of the organization / as required by the SBU management Perform the assignment of access and control of data and applications in MAS, based on the governance principles of the organization / as required by the SBU management Derive and specify Service Level Agreements for vendors & draft MOUs for all contractual parties Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management that commensurate with the current role
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Informatics engineering (IT), computer engineering Required languange : English more than 1 year experience will be advantages. this is for 3-6 months working
