DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
Collect and distribute all incoming & outgoing letter, documents and parcels
Develop and maintain a tracking system on all incoming & outgoing courier for the office
Assist in General Office administration
Assist in the coordination of company meeting / functions
Assist in any other duties and activities as and when required.
Verification & Processing of client Contract /invoice/bills
Take messages to the concerned personnel
Handle the company incoming & outgoing general email correspondence.
Handle incoming & outgoing Faxes
Responsible to Schedule appointment & Meeting room booking
Maintain customer database & correspondence
Monitoring log book/Stock Card/company miscellaneous
General Filling & recording.
Monitoring company all place cleanliness.
Handle incoming clients.
REQUIREMENT
Nationality : Malaysian,PR/Work permit holder,ForeignerGender : Female
Min 2 Years Relevant Working experience
Language(s): Good Communication Skill in English, Mandarin and Malay
Skills : Multitasking, Customer Service, Telephone, Microsoft Office, Writing
Receptionist front Desk administrative clerical
Good Attitude & friendly personality.
Willing to learn and responsibility.
