DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Works as a multi tasked and performs all the main duties in the office.
Attending phone calls; answering general queries by telephone.
Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward letters for internal and external use
Compose memos, reports, announcements and other documents.
Secure legal documents, permits, licenses.
Safe keep all important documents.
Obtaining information from the computer.
Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files.
Checks the inventory of the pantry supply thru the office helper custodian.
Outsource for quotations.
Purchases items needed in the office and as per request.
Maintains the facilities in the office like AC, power panel and others thru the help of supplier and office helpers.
Book for flights and hotel for VIPs and guests.
Plan for the special events for the company.
Assists expats in everything they need.
Coordinates with external transactions and affiliates and other groups.
Assisting Administration Team as necessary.
Maintain a high standard of confidentiality to complete the day to day tasks necessary to facilitate the daily operations.
Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
