DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist visitors and screen callers in a professional manner. Ascertain the nature and purpose of the call/visit so that the Superior can be informed beforehand. Organize and monitor daily schedule of the General Manager. Manage the logistic needs of the team such as meeting venues, meals during meeting, multi-media equipments, service vehicle, etc. Coordinate business itineraries and travel requirements of the General Manager as well as cash advances and liquidations.
REQUIREMENT

Graduate of any college degree. Work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, and Word. Good communication skills. Good interpersonal skills Keen on details. Flexible and reliable.
