Responsible for handling incoming calls for opportunities
Process enquiries and proactively resolve customer issues & challenges effectively
Provide qualified sales to the commercial and business development unit
Maintain customer database
Do warm calling to remind guests for event attendance
Responsible for coordinating and arranging transport plans for patients through liaising with various stakeholders, such as the patient's family members, doctors, hospitals and the aviation teams
Be the first point of contact for our clients who require medical or travel assistance
Make outbound sales calls to customer to promote banking product
Required to call prospects in Singapore to make sales appointments for our Singapore sales team.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma in any relevant discipline with at least 1-year experience in similar industry
Good spoken and written in English, Malay and Mandarin
Able to work independently and under pressure
Able to interact with all levels of people
